Stage One

Discovery.

We begin with a brief: your date, your venue, the feeling, the palette, the rough quantities. A short call, then a quiet week while we sketch a direction and put together a small mood-and-materials proposal — references, palette, a per-piece quote, and a timeline.

Stage Two

Sample & sign-off.

Once we agree on a direction, a 50% deposit secures your slot. We make and ship a single sample — one centerpiece, one place card, one sachet — for you to see in person. Free revisions during this stage; once you sign off, we move to production.

Stage Three

Production.

The studio settles in. We make the line in editions — never on an assembly line, always in batches of ten or twenty — and check pieces against the signed-off sample at the close of each batch. You receive weekly photo updates, and a final sign-off image before everything ships.

Stage Four

Delivery.

Final 50% is paid before pieces leave the studio. We hand-pack everything in custom boxes — with set-up notes for your planner — and ship via tracked courier. For local Atlanta projects, we’ll deliver and install ourselves; for everything else, we coordinate with your venue or planner.

A note on quantities

Most pieces have a minimum order of 20–25 units.

Some — like wax-sealed invitations or paper-crane installations — require larger runs (80, 100, 200) for the look to read. One-off pieces (welcome signs, cake toppers) are made individually. The portfolio shows MOQs alongside each piece.
