You send the inquiry form. I read it within 1–2 business days, then reply with a video call invite or written notes — your call. We talk scope, palette, venue, headcount. No fee. No obligation.
Week 1
The Studio Method
How bulk
works here.
Every commission moves through four stages. We over-communicate at each one, then cut quietly back when there's nothing useful to say.
Minimum order
20–25 units
Per piece type. Single-piece commissions (signage, large centerpieces) priced separately.
Lead time
4–8 weeks
Standard. Rush available with a 2-week minimum and a 30% rush surcharge.
Payment
50% / 50%
Half on commission acceptance, half before bulk run. Sample fee included in deposit.

Sample
We agree on materials and price. I make a single sample of each piece type for you to hold. Photos sent first; physical sample shipped if local logistics allow. Free revisions during this stage.
Week 2–3
iii.
Bulk run
Sample is approved. Second 50% invoiced. I make the full run in disciplined small batches — twenty at a time, sometimes ten — checking each piece against the sample before it's packed.
Week 3–7
iv.
Delivery
Each piece is packed in tissue and a velvet-lined box. Local hand-delivery in Atlanta; carrier shipping nationally; freight forwarding internationally. A handwritten care note is included with every commission.
Week 7–8
Customization
What can be tuned.
- Palette — any colorway within reason; we can dye to a fabric swatch
- Materials — velvet, silk, linen, brass, ceramic, paper, wax, glass
- Finishing — monograms, dates, hand-stamps, silk-ribbon ties
- Form — proportions, geometry, asymmetry; portfolio is a starting point
- Packaging — kraft, ivory tissue, velvet pouch, brass-clasped box
Out of scope
What I don't do.
- Mass production — over 500 units of any single piece
- Floral install — day-of fresh-floral installs (we partner)
- Reproduction — exact copies of trademarked or copyrighted designs
- Off-palette — neon brights, glitter, anything plasticky
